Hours
Monday to Friday, 07:00 to 19:00. Saturday and Sunday, 08:00 to 16:00. Weekend work is normal in this trade — market runs and collections do not happen on weekdays.
What to include
Five things, and a photograph beats all of them.
What has to move. Both addresses with the floor at each end. Whether there is a lift. Where a van can stop. And, if it is a collection, the seller's own measurement of the item and whether they have taken it apart.
If we say no
You get the reason and what to look for instead.

Complaints
Email with the booking reference and what went wrong. We will acknowledge it, look into it and reply. The formal procedure and the periods applying to it are in the booking contract.
